VISA STAMPING
Visa is a written permission to indicate that a person is
prima facie permitted to enter a particular country (subject to the final
approval of the Immigration Official at the time of actual entry). ZAINAB TOURS
AND TRAVELS has more than sufficient experience and expertise for preparation
of visa applications and submission to the concerned country's Embassy / High
Commission or Consulate. ZAINAB TOURS AND TRAVELS also keeps latest &

The visa stamp placed in your passport by a Embassy or
Consulate shows the period during which you may enter the particular country.
If the date on the visa stamp expires while you are in that country., it need
not be renewed until after you leave the country and wish to return again,
provided that you maintain your legal status throughout your entire stay in
country. This means that you must possess a valid visa document at all times.
The visa document is only valid if you remain in full-time student status.
We shall submit the following documents in the prescribed
format to the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai, for the purpose of
"APPROVAL". Soon after approval, we will submit the same for Visa endorsement,
if ticket is available with us

BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL VISIT VISA TO SAUDI ARABIA
Indian applicants who which to apply for business or commercial visa to
visit Saudi Arabia should furnish the required below documents.
Documents required to apply for Business Visa to Saudi Arabia :-
- Validity of the passport should be 6 months from the date of
travel.
- Two color photographs against a white background are essential.
- Approval from the ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi Arabia or
recommendation letter from chamber of commerce of Saudi Arabia to the
requesting Embassy to grant the visa.
- Registration copy of the invitation company.
- Original Degree Certificate as of same profession the visa
applied for, attested by the Ministry of Education and from Ministry of
External Affairs. It is a mandatory requirement now.
- Letter from the chamber of commerce from India. The letter
should come from the Indian t Chamber of Commerce.

We will send the Approval as soon as we did receive it from the Consulate to the candidate mentioned by the sender Upon receiving the approval candidate has to attend the medical examination from the doctor mentioned in the approval and get a Fit report from the doctor.

- Passport must valid for minimum 6 Months
- Send the passport , including any old passports as mentioned in the concerned passports, and If the person was previously went to KSA for any purpose, his passport is to be submitted for Black List Checking.
- If the candidate was previously on an employment visa, and if he not completed 3 years from the date he last departed from KSA, the candidate must provide an N.O.C in original with proper attestations and all, otherwise the present employer (sponsor) must be same, he worked with previously. The said NOC should send with the passport and
- 2 Colour photographs and if the profession is Driver send 2 extra photos
If the profession is:*Certificates required HRD attestation from Delhi, External affairs ministry, which we will arrange
The following categories have Age restrictions:
For all categories maximum age is 51, and should complete 21
- House Driver / Special Driver Must be above : 35 Years
- Barber, Shop Sales Man, Ladies Tailor, Cutting Master : Must be above 35
- For stamping for a non-Muslim candidate and if the category is Labour, Watchman, Driver, Cook, Housemaid, must obtain a letter (need original for submitting to the Consulate) from the Sponsor requesting The Consulate
general to endorse the particular visa for the non-Muslim candidate.

For Business Visit Visa
- 1. Invitation letter from https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/invitationletter, to be issued for New Delhi Embassy. The Invitation letter should have appropriate profession and purpose of visit mentioned on it to obtain the visa
- 2. Original passport of the applicant (Current and previous, if any)
- 3. Two latest white-background photographs of the applicant
- 4. CR Copy of Saudi company
- 5. Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of visit of the applicant, addressed to: The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company's round seal.
- 6. Original Recommendation letter from any Chamber of commerce where the Indian Company is registered.
For Child Visa Endorsement
- Passport of the Child
- Passport of mother having a valid re-entry visa
- Full set copy of valid Iqama of the mother
- Passport must have a validity of minimum 6 Months
- 2 Colour photographs of the child
- Copy of Birth Certificate
For Re-Entry Extension
Expired re-entry visa must renew within one month of the date of expiry, otherwise consulate may reject the passport.

Document Attestation - K.S.A
For Marriage and Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate and Birth certificate can be attested from the Royal Consulate at Mumbai - for which original certificate must be produced. It should be either in English or in Arabic, otherwise required translation.
For Degree / Diploma Certificate
Degree and Diploma certificates can be attested only from Delhi Embassy. For the purpose, it should first get attested from the H R Department (HRD) of External affairs ministry. It requires all the certificates and mark lists from SSC onwards in original, passport copy, 3 colour photographs, and Iqama copy if available.
KSA - Delhi
For Processing Saudi Employment Visa Processing:
- Degree and Diploma certificates can be attested only from Delhi Embassy. For the purpose, it should first get attested from the H R Department (HRD) of External affairs ministry. It requires all the certificates and mark lists from SSC onwards in original, passport copy, 3 colour photographs, and Iqama copy if available.
- Wakala - (Power of Attorney) - in which the authorization is given to Zainab tours and Travels, for recruiting / servicing the visa is mentioned in it
- Receipt of Visa fee paid (Both mentioned above required in original)
- C.R Copy of the shop/company / Iqama Copy of the Sponsor - Not compulsory, but if available
- If candidate's name is mentioned in Wakala, passport of that candidate Original is must for Visa approval
